We’re just home from France and want to thank the three of you once again for a truly wonderful holiday aboard the Saint Louis.
It was an absolute highlight of our 5-6 weeks away and the memories will linger forever. We cannot thank you enough for looking after our dietary needs with our dairy allergy so superbly. Peter you rose to the challenge in such a professional manner and opened our eyes to some new and exciting products in France, unfortunately not available in Australia. We’ll never forget the effort you went to to make us the amazing Frangipane Tart and I’m still dreaming about the Prunes in Armagnac dessert.
We’re catching up with Peter and Sue soon so we’re all looking forward to recounting our Saint Louis trips.
